I started working in SIL houses over a decade ago. I was instantly drawn to the work, the people and the sense of purpose. Over the years, I’ve worn a bunch of hats: Support Worker, Team Leader, Operations Manager, and now I work closely with our clients at Resolv. Do I miss being on the frontline? Every day. But I know that behind every number is a real person, with hopes, goals and a life they deserve to live fully. That’s what keeps me going.
